From our convenient location to our lending library and on-site child care center CSCC, is proud to offer the best amenities in the University neighborhood for the price. As a cooperative we are uniquely positioned to create a community that revolves around the needs and wants of our residents.

Convenient Location

CSCC is located 2 miles from both University of Minnesota Campuses. Metro Transit Route 3 provides high frequency bus service to campus. We are also close to major highways and located in the Minneapolis Public Schools District.

Community Activities

We have a dedicated committee that hosts free events for our residents including a yoga class, cooking events, and craft workshops. Check out the community calendar to see what is already planned in the coming months.

We have two fitness rooms that are equipped with cardio machines, free weights, weight machines, TRX suspension trainers, and more!

Loft rental

Our large, open community room is known as The Loft. This space is available for residents to rent for private use. The Loft features a kitchen and holds ten tables and approximately 50 chairs.

The CSCC community came together to create an organic garden. Plot assignments are provided for the growing season.

24-HOUR EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE

CSCC has an outstanding, reliable Maintenance Staff that is available to take care of any repairs needed in a timely manner.

FLEXIBLE LEASES

We provide the flexibility of month to month leases. The perfect option for student living.

On-Site Parking

Each apartment receives two parking permits to park in our private lots, free of charge. Visitor parking is available for guests.

PET-FRIENDLY

Dogs and cats are allowed for a non-refundable fee and monthly charge. Medically documented animals are allowed with approval from the UMN Disability Resource Center. We also allow small caged animals and aquariums.

Tool lending library

Have a project that requires tools? We have a community lending library of tools for your convenience.

On-site child care center
