Applicants should review the Prospective Resident information before applying. Be prepared to provide the following information:

1. Your contact information, including a current email address
2. Your desired unit style 
3. Your preferred move in date 
4. The name and contact information for your spouse, partner, or roommate (if applicable) 
5. Payment information for the application fee. The $50 application fee is not refundable.
   

You may save the application and complete it later. However, you will not be placed on the waitlist until the application payment is submitted.

After you submit the application, you will receive a confirmation email.

We will contact you via e-mail when your waitlist placement is selected. This e-mail will include an offer for an apartment. You will have two business days to make your decision, so make sure you check your e-mail regularly.
