All Board members are CSCC residents and stockholders, elected by stockholders to serve one-year terms.
The Board of Directors is the cooperative’s legal authority. They help guide the direction of CSCC and make big-picture decisions—including setting and updating co-op policies, approving priorities and major plans, and providing oversight of CSCC’s management to ensure the co-op is meeting its goals and operating within Board policy.
The Board focuses on big-picture governance and doesn’t manage day-to-day operations. For maintenance requests, billing/account questions, neighbor conflicts, and other operational needs, please contact the CSCC office.
