Small Storage Freezer/Small Refrigerator $6/month

Large Storage freezer (5+cubic ft) $10/month

I understand that resident owned clothes washing machines and clothes dryers are not permitted in CSCC apartments. Any resident found in possession of these machines will be fined $250.00 and required to remove the appliance immediately.
