An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until September 22, 2022

CSCC resident Disi will lead two virtual meditation workshop at 6:00 p.m. on September 15 and 22. You will learn some evidence-based breath techniques that are designed to decrease anxiety and stress, and increase emotional wellbeing and social connection. You will also be led through a meditation session guided by a licensed instructor. See The Spirit for the Zoom link.
