Body Weight Training

An event every week that begins at 8:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until July 31, 2019
Have fun getting strong and fit! This exercise class will feature body weight exercises for a full body strengthening work out as well as high intensity interval training. There are many different variations of each exercise that can be adapted to any level, so people of all fitness levels are welcome!
