CSCC is located only 2 miles way from both University of Minnesota Campuses, close to major highways and right on the Metro Transit Line. U of M students can also get discounted transit passes! Being so accessible makes CSCC the ideal place to live for U of M students.

All Utilities Included in Rent

Your heat, electricity, water, AND the University Secure Internet via an ethernet port are included in your monthly rent. The University also established its wi-fi signal as part of the “public” good.

We provide the flexiblity of month to month leases. The perfect option for student living.

On-site Parking Included in Rent

Each apartment is allowed two vehicles in the CSCC Parking Lots. Vehicles must be registered and display the CSCC Parking Permit.

On-site Laundry Facilities

There is a laundry room in each building featuring energy efficient front-load washers and dryers. Additionally, there is a building clothesline for residents’ use if they want to dry outside!

24-Hour Emergency Maintenance

Our outstanding Maintenance Staff is reliable and able to take care of any repairs needed in a timely manner.

Community Activities

We have a dedicated committee that hosts free events for our residents including a yoga class, cooking events, and craft workshops!

Community Organic Garden

CSCC has an award-winning organic community garden for residents who wish to grow their own herbs and vegetables. This raised bed garden is located by the Community Center and a lottery is held each spring for the 55 plots. This is a resident favorite!

Child Care Center on-site

Como Early Learning Center is highly rated Child Care Center located right on our property.

Loft Rental

The large open community room known as The Loft is available to rent for private use for residents. The Loft has a kitchen for use and holds seven tables and approximately 50 chairs.

CSCC Tool Lending Library

Community members can check-out tools or equipment to be used for home maintenance, bike repair, car repairs, or other DIY activities.
