If you are having problems with a washer or dryer in a laundry room, or if you are having problems with your Smart Card, you can either call MacGray at 1-800-MACGRAY (1-800-622-4729) or you can fill out a customer service request on the McGray website.  Please do not call the CSCC office or CSCC maintenance.  You need to contact MacGray directly regarding any laundry room issues.
