The CSCC Board of Directors is legally responsible for the operation of the cooperative.   Each building has one representative and alternate to the Board.  Members are responsible for representing the interests of the residents currently at the complex and for those residents who may some day reside at CSCC.  The Board sets rental rates, allocates funds, determines the budget, establishes policies regarding occupancy and hires, evaluates, and directs the General Manager. These representatives are elected to serve for a term of one year beginning July 1.
