The University sent out (via CSCC email) a Resident Satisfaction Survey that they compile each year. We encourage all residents to complete this survey - your input is important for the cooperative.

The Move-in/Move-out (MIMO) Free Store has opened up once again at the UMN Reuse Center (29th and Como). Residents can drop off unwanted items and can also pick up items they can use at home, all for free! No mattresses or stuffed chairs! A huge thank-you to SECIA for hosting this activity for the neighborhood.
The University has given us the “go ahead” to allow post-docs to live at CSCC! So, we now are home to graduate students, post doc students, and undergraduates (who are married or have a child).
We are now accepting applications for single graduate students, one or two per apartment, to live in 2-bedroom flat apartments at CSCC. For more details, please refer to the “Single Graduate Student” page under the “Prospective Resident” tab.
