Dear Sir,
I am a single graduate. I want to know if I apply for your apartment and I don’t have a roommate, when I get your offer, will I be able to get one other single applicant on your waiting list to share the apartment with me?
Thank you very much!
CSCC does not arrange for roommates. You will need to do it yourself, either before or after you move in to CSCC.
Hello,

please send an e-mail as soon as possible.
Thanks
Hi Mee Jekal
All of our apartments have carpet throughout, except for the kitchen and bathroom.
As a family, you do have priority over single graduate students, so the sooner you apply, the more likely you will be to get an apartment.
hello, is the apartment still available?
Hello! We are filling up quickly but do contact Richard at our office at 612-378-2434 to discuss availability.
Hi, is the apartment still available? I am married and a postdoc at the university.
Currently, we do not have any openings, but CSCC residents only need to give a 30-day notice to move-out, so openings occur throughout the year. If interested, you should complete the application process. We work with an application pool, and factors involved for an apartment offer include your date of application, if you are married or have children (there is priority over single graduate students) and the date which you want to move into CSCC. Good luck!
Do you allow a small dog in your housing? If not, do you know of any options for me?
No, we do not allow dogs or cats at CSCC.
Hi, I am an international student from India . I am coming for my MS in electrical engineering to University of Minnesota this Fall 2011. I am looking for accommodation there. I also have another friend who would like to share a room with me if possible..
Could you let me know the availability and the rent??
Also other details..
At this time, the availability of an apartment for a single graduate student is not as great as if you had applied earlier in the year. Married couples, students with children, and domestic partners do get priority at CSCC. Flexibility is the key. If you are able to take less than a 30-day notice or to take an apartment during the academic year, your chances are greater.
I will arrive with my wife on mid Aug. May I apply for an apartment at that time ?
You can apply at anytime, through our online process. We work with an application pool, so the earlier your application date, the easier it is to accommodate your time frame.
Hi
We are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment . We are currently in India and will reach Minneapolis on July 20, 2011. I will be working at the University of Minnesota for a year. We will be able to get the SSN only after coming to the US in July. Could you please let us know of the availability of an apartment, along with the rent for a one-year lease, and whether we can reserve the apartment now. We have relatives/friends in the US who can be our guarantors, if required.
Sincerely,
Arun
