Three Bedroom Townhomes Available in July!

Como Student Community Cooperative has three-bedroom townhomes available in July. CSCC is located 2 miles from both the Minneapolis and St. Paul U of MN campuses. Our rental rates are the lowest at the University of MN. All utilities are included except telephone and internet. CSCC is scheduled to have the U internet installed throughout the community in the summer of 2014! It is fast and will be included in the rent.
