CSCC is Family and Partnered Student Housing for the University of Minnesota.  We are conveniently located approximately 2 miles from both the Minneapolis and St Paul campuses.  For more information about the history of our housing complex and how to apply, please review our menus above.

    2-Bedroom Apartments Available Early December

    In early December, we will have 2-bedroom townhouses or flats available to rent,  with rental rates ranging from $637 - $709, including all utilities except for telephone or internet service.     Come over to the Loft for Adult and Tot where the children are free to play and adults have a chance for conversation with each other. Refreshments are served, and we have a project every so often

    7:00 pm - Aerobics / Kickboxing

    We will be having aerobic and cardio kick-boxing classes, taught by CSCC resident Sara Khanzadi, in the Loft. Sara is a certified aerobics instructor, so you will be sure to get a good workout! Come check it out!

    10:00 am - Taekwondo

    Come learn this Korean martial arts class taught by CSCC resident, Kwon Hong. Students are required to purchase their own uniform, but tuition is free. Class meets each Tuesday evening in the Loft, 6:30 - 9:00PM according to skill level, and on Saturday mornings, 10:00AM-12:00noon. For an application, please pick one up at the CSCC office

    9:45 am - Adult & Tot Field Trip

    Adult & Tot will be going to the Eagle's Nest in New Brighton. Eagle's Nest is an indoor playground, full of climbing tubes, ball pits, and other fun items for the children to climb on and enjoy. We will be leaving at 9:45, in our own cars, and returning as we please. Children just need to wear socks! *We will not have Adult & Tot in the Loft that day.

    6:00 pm - Community Activities

    We will be meeting in the north room of the Loft, and will be working on the final plans for Santa's special visit to CSCC, and also what we would like to do during WINTER at CSCC! If you would like to join us, please come.

    6:30 pm - Taekwondo

    The ongoing taekwondo classes meet on Tuesdays beginning at 6:30PM, according to the level you have attained in class. If you would like to join this free program, you make pick up an application in the CSCC office.

    7:00 pm - Community Education

    We will be meeting in the north room of the Loft. Currently, we are working on ideas of how to coordinate / facilitate with residents when they have a large item to dispose of. We are also discussing the need to have a working relationship with the SE Como neighborhood as the integrity of the neighborhood is critical to life in CSCC. Also, we are considering creating a nonprofit, The CSCC Alumni Association.
